Every cloud has a silver lining, ya know. Even though i've been rather bummed out by the rain and clouds of the last week, being prone to SAD and frizzy hair, the good news is that the abandoned back yard pond at Chez Melina is now full of water. And the back yard toads are celebrating tonight with a combination kegger/pool party/choir practice. I suppose this all means I'm even stranger than previously believed, but I'm finding the evening's croakathon relaxing.

More good news...Lodger from Hell is leaving at the end of May (that is, unless his new apt falls through). I've got my fingers crossed. He is in possession of cheap China-made scooter, so I'm devoutly hoping he doesn't total it until he's moved.
