The origin of "That's some bad hat, Harry."

Being a lifetime trivia addict - most researchers tend to swing that way - I recently found myself wondering where the phrase "That's some bad hat, Harry," originated.

For fellow House fans, this line is heard when the logo for Bad Hat Harry Productions is shown after the credits.
